Water cooler prices vary according to a variety of factors

• Design, type and complexity of water cooler
• Length of agreement (essentially the longer the agreement, the lower the price)
• Quantity of coolers (If you have more they will cost less each)
• Type of water cooler- Hot 'n' Cold are slightly more expensive than cold only.

Installation is normally free of charge

New Water Cooler Filters
Are fitted at each 4 monthly sanitisation. These are consumable items and are charged at £30 each.

Sanitisation
All water coolers require sanitisation to ensure they remain hygienic. This involves the sterilisation of all water contact surfaces and is carried out by our engineers. It is an obligatory service and is charged quarterly at £13.50 per machine.

Carbonation
Sparkling water coolers require replacement CO2 cylinders to maintain carbonation. These are disposable cylinders, which are easy to fit and are available at £18 each. One CO2 Cylinder will carbonate approximately 80 litres of water. Given a typical usage of still and sparkling from the machine then a new cylinder would be needed approximately every 240 litres of water used.

Environmental Levy
This is a small levy under WEEE legislation to accrue for the cost of the environmentally friendly disposal of coolers, refrigerators and other components at the end of their useful life. It is 16 pence per week.

Payment terms - 30 Days
Rental and servicing is charged quarterly in advance.

Ancillaries and other products are invoiced on delivery.
